Our head chef Jan Vachuda gathered valuable experience from leading restaurateurs so as to be able to channel his creativity, personal vision and careful choice of ingredients from Italy into providing our guests with a true culinary experience.
We use a DRY AGER professional refrigerator to dry-age meat for a minimum of thirty days, making sure that the meat we serve is of the very highest quality. And, of course, you can savour fresh seafood, homemade pasta and traditional Italian specialties here with us.
Our restaurant also places great emphasis on quality wine and our cellar stocks an assortment of more than 300 types of wine from different areas. Our trained staff will be happy to advise you, helping you choose a wine from our range to suit your tastes. Restaurant owner Tomáš Breburda, a wine lover and expert who believes that each bottle writes its own story, travels round Europe to buy wine for you from the most interesting vintners and successfully runs his own wine wholesaler.
